Pumpkin thieves, a youthful love rekindled, and a jealous goose. Oh my.
While receiving a contract is always good, the timing does put a crimp into my plans for NaNoWriMo. I'll have to do edits whenever they ask, and I have no idea when they will.
But until then I work on my story for NaNoWriMo. However far I get, I'll be farther than if I hadn't started at all. Yesterday, on Day One, I wrote 3500 words. I didn't say they were good words, or that I will keep them all, but they are words.
Progress reports to follow.
Thank you all,
Linda

Congrats Linda! This is great news. Another contract! They like you there. And good luck fitting in NaNo with edits. But when push comes to shove-- the edits are the first thing. Great!!!
(You should email me when you get such news!)
Kaye
Thank you, Kaye.
And next time (I hope there will be a next time), I will most certainly email you.
Congratulations on your second contract Linda, that's great.
The excerpt for Lady of the Stars sounds intriguing. I'm looking forward to it's release. Nothing like a Regency to warm a winter evening. :)
Thanks, Anastasia. Yes, I'll be spending my winter days reading Regencies, too.
Wonderful news about the contract, Linda. Congratulations!
And awesome NaNo wordcount so far!
Helen
Thanks, Helen.
You've got great NaNoWriMo word counts, too.
